We currently do not offer shipping but do plan to add it as we scale our business outside the QC. If you are interested in shipping please contact us directly. Be sure to sign up for our email list to be notified when shipping is implemented.
In the event you can't make your scheduled appointment, simply reach out directly to us and we will reschedule for you.
All merchandise is quality control inspected. Once it passes our QC check, it is listed for sale. Upon item pick up you will have the opportunity to inspect and approve of your purchase where you will sign a customer item approval form. Once the item leaves the warehouse, there will be no returns.
You are responsible for any applicable sales taxes. We are required to collect sales tax in certain states, unless we have a copy of your reseller certificate. In states where we are not required to collect sales tax, however, you may still be responsible to that state for sales tax on your online purchases. The majority of our merchandise is new and unopened. We do sell some items that have been opened and returned to the manufacturer. In this case, these items will have gone though a rigorous quality control inspection to ensure they are 100% usuable and in near brand new condition
